Dr. Alexandra Smith is originally from San Francisco, California but has lived in the Greenville area for over 20 years. She attended Clemson University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 2014.
Dr. Alex spent four years in the United States Army working as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst from 2014-2018 and upon her retirement from the Army, she earned a Master of Science in Biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University in 2019.

I genuinely don’t have words for how amazing Alex is! I took my 4 week old, who’s doctor had recommended starting physical therapy to correct and issue with his neck. Dr. Alex went over everything was, very thorough taking x-rays and setting me up with a very comprehensive care package. I went in there, struggling to walk after four back surgeries and I didn't even have to tell her I had titanium in my back.She knew what she was looking at on the x.Rays and made sure that around that area she was going to be very safe and very careful and take care of me.
